• Projects in the UK:
  • Stag beetle research supervised by Prof. Alan Gange at Royal Holloway University of London: Population Genetics and Chemoecology of the Stag Beetle.
  • Over the years I have done, as an amateur, a great deal of research on the two Lucanidae species in my area, Colchester, First with Lucanus cervus and later on Dorcus parallelipipedus. Presently, I am looking at how stag beetles respond to freshly generated habitats. For example: trees, logs and wood chips who have recently been cut. For more about me, view my publications.
