Pumpkin cookies

I found this recipe in a book by Dale Carson called New Native American Cooking. Ideal to help dealing with those enormous Halloween pumpkins that unfortunately in most instances don't even make it to the compost bin.

Yield

Makes about 4 dozen

Ingredients

Oven at 150 C, 350 F.

Mix all the ingredients and if the dough is too dry add a bit of water. Make little balls, put them on a greased biscuit tin and flatten them a bit. Bake 12 to 15 min.
