Fund-raising project: real live kefir culture in exchange for a donation

For those of you that are tax payers, please, download a gift aid form, fill it it and send it together with your donation cheque which must be payable to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
Alternatively you may give your donation on-line, if you think that you would find it simpler and easier, then visit Justgiving-Kefir. Please note that you must also send us separately an email with your address.
The kefir will follow shortly after the donation arrives. As a rule we pay for the packaging and posting ourselves, so your donation will go entirely to the MDC.
A lot of people ask about how much should the donation be, it really is what you feel like giving; interestingly, over the years, it has averaged around £10.

This project has started in October 2000 and since then we have raised over £5,000 for the Colchester Branch of the Muscular Dystrophy Group of Great Britain.
We are very grateful to all who have so generously given us a donation in exchange for kefir. Also we thank other kefirians, who when we need it have sent us their extra grains.
